INEC; Voters Registration Was Programmed To Fail

The Independent National Electoral Commission is saying that everything will be fine even as Nigerians go through hell just to get registered against the 2011 election that is coming up.

Ever heard of the term "Baby Centers"? that is the name that those who
reside in some densely populated areas in Abuja the capital of Nigeria has christained the new centers that have been carved out by INEC to see that everyone in Nigeria gets registered.
This is my story; after some of the citizens in some part of the country have been made to wake up as early as 2 am, they will still have to donate their generators (which is popularly known as "I better pass my neighbor) because the batteries keeps going down- hear the INEC boss "Professor Jega regretted that some of the batteries were not adequately charged before they were put into use, hence their tendency to cease functioning after a few hours". they will still have to pay for the inks that will be used to print out their voters registration cards. ah my fellow Nigerians what do you call this one?
